How To Submit A Software Enhancement Request

Instructions for entering a Software Change Request (also referred to as an Enhancement Request).

For any request be sure to include the following:

  1. The name of the Module that request is located in e.g. Office Manager, Reports, Billing, this box...,
  2. Why the request is important to your workflow e.g.  give a short paragraph of why this is important and how you are affected now by not having this feature and how it would benefit you to have this request added to the software. 
  3. Ensure that commonly used keywords inside the title and description are used so others may easily find the request and vote for the same.
